I've got a Johnny Mnemonic come in. It will be having brand new full cabinet and backbox artwork, new siderails, flipper buttons etc. The playfield is in good condition. A guy in Belgium is producing laminated inkjet decals. If its a full decal I would assume it is those. A guy in the Sates used to produce just the red parts to stick on but I believe he has now ceased producing those.

They are a full set and very good quality. I do actually have two sets. They came in a job lot of 10 assorted sets of decals that I was offered.
