Hi all,

I'm off to celebrate a friends birthday in Japan very soon. I've looked at places to go that tick the touristy boxes and have a bunch of stuff lined up. It will be 2 couples going - me and my mrs and him and his mrs. Is there anything gaming/pinball that I need to see while I'm there? I've got Silver ball pinball place in Osaka on the top of my list (conveniently booked hotel nearby - genuinely by accident). Universal and Disney are happening too but where else should we go or avoid? Good bar advice would be appreciated too if near Shinjuku or Dotonbori. Any bars with a pinball machine would be a plus.

Thanks,
Jason.

Been Japan 3 times now, probably my favourite place in the world

Silverball in Osaka is fun but don't go all the way over there and look for pinball, there is so much to see and do

TOKYO
teamLab Planets TOKYO - Really awesome and fun we went at 8pm and it was less crowded
Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building - Free projection mapping shows - check website for timings
Meiji Jingu - Best shrine in Tokyo
Shibuya Sky - For amazing views of Tokyo
Check out - Pokemon and Nintendo stores

Food
Kura Sushi Skytree - Fun conveyor belt sushi place
Rokurinsha - Ramen
Menchirashi - Udon (get there 11am for 11:30 opening for you'll have to queue)
AMAM DACOTAN - Insane bakery

Will reply with Osaka tomorrow
