Hi guys
Machines can be dropped off at the venue from 11am onwards - we will be back and
forth with vans but someone will be about all day.
As previously explained daytime setup is limited a bit due to venue use later on
- though we will be able to setup some machines in the space available I'm sure
and get other stuff sorted.
IMPORTANT - NOBODY can be at the Charmandean between 6pm and 9pm. So NO ARRIVALS
then PLEASE. They have been very clear about this.
The venue is hosting events then and they don't want hordes of pinheads rocking
up with machines, clattering about and generally scaring the locals : )
Some of us are going for a Chinese at 6.30pm - see other threads for info.
SETUP - at 9pm we will commence full setup. Anyone who wants to lend a hand is
welcome .... however this is for SETTING UP.....not for general Friday night
partying and pinball playing.
Setting up games is cool, ....getting a load of beers in and settling down for a
4 player sesh on Medieval is definitly not cool : )
Sorry to get all schoolmasterly but Will asked me to point this out - as we dont
want to be there all night.
The fun and games proper can commence on Saturday.
