How to reflash an SD Card

Hi gang

A couple of years ago @Paul had a very handy YouTube vid showing how to Reflash a memory card.

I want to update my Run dmd clock images but can’t remember how to do it.
I seem to recall that one wrong click and you can wipe your hdd.

So Paul if you’ve still got a link to that vid I’d be much obliged or if anyone can hold my hand through the process I’d be very grateful
