How to clean this ?

Has anybody got advise on how to clean this little bit at the bottom of the ramp ?

Gun metal blueing cleaner

Wet and dry or wire wool then as J. T. Said gun metal blue, I've got some but were too far away , you can get it on ebay , you just need the smallest bottle you can get , as you only use a very small amount , please read the label on it as it is nasty stuff , basically it's a acid !

Looks like some potent stuff, skull and crossbones, if the gun doesn't kill you the cleaner will

Will have to get some of that but think I will have to find some old ramp plates to practice on first
