How much for black hole & haunted house?

Hey chaps, just been looking at pins and wondered how much i would be expecting to pay for either of these? Im thinking over 1k each but i cant find any for sale as a reference point.

last BH went for £800 down this way, and HH around 1K for an ok one. Black hole more if you can find one with the spinning backglass and not the european one.
