How many people to remove a TZ playfield?

I know how to, or sort of but what i don't know is how many people needed and the safest way of doing it without breaking it or me!

when i disconnect the locking hooks do i just have a couple of blokes either side and lift straight up?

When i put it back again do i just do the same in reverse?

Hints and tips to the method would be appreciated.

You can do it on your own. Strip the topside and some of the underside stuff too. Heavy but doable.
