Wanted Hook for a Hook

Somebody recently posted a link to a DE playfield service positions document. This made me realise the hook eye bolt is missing on my Hook pf, I have only a threaded hole hence I cannot use the chain to secure the most upright position.

Does anybody have one spare please? I assume it's a UNC thread (appx 4mm outer diameter), secured with a nut, so don't want to get it wrong for the job it's for.

Maybe Jim was going to code it to take a shaker motor. Wonder if anyone ever fitted one to a game pre earthshaker?
