Wanted Hinges for NSM wall mount jukebox

Long shot but know that some on here are in to jukeboxes.

I need a set of hinges for an NSM wall mount jukebox. Any will do Wizard, 2000, Old Fashioned, Evolution. I have a complete cabinet all but the hinges that I want to make a touchscreen jukebox out of. If no one has hinges skate I will consider paying for full door depending on price.
