I’m sure this is nightmare not just for noobies like me but for noobies through the years.
Which led? What brightness? Frosted/clear, no lens? What does smd mean ? Etc etc
Well I didn’t have a clue, but have found a great page that explains everything.

Do you order from Comet? I only need a few insert ones. Couldn't see the 4 LED ones on pinball bazaar which seems to be the only UK place that has Comets?

Pinball Heaven also carry a small amount of Comets.
I prefer the sunlight ones go great in either GI or inserts.

I order directly from comet but my order is usually over a grand

One other tip is don’t bother with orange or yellow just fit white in there place

They actually say on that comet page that the yellow isn’t very good and basically not to bother with it.
