Gravity doesn't work

Wierdest thing I have seen in a while.

I went to drop-catch a ball during multiball and accidentally caught 2 balls, and this happened :-



Stopped completely dead. Plenty of time for me to go find the camera.

The table is set steep on 7 degree angle and the flipper rubbers are new with no notches or funny business
