Gottlieb System 3 Attract Mode Fault

Hey all.

I have a System 3 game that's driving me nuts.

When you power on it boots fine. but no attract mode.

Press start and it will play games perfect, even multi player ones.

All diagnostics are checking out fine.

Once game is over, it tries to go into attract but just freezes, but even when frozen you can still start a new game and if you get a high score, enter your initials.

Any ideas?

I would burn a new game rom but cant find the images for Gott S3 anywhere.

The game is an 1812..

OK Guys,

Checked battery at 3.09V
Check 5V rail at 5.1V
Replaced Game Eprom. Different Checksum so different version and still does the same.
Reset to Factory settings.

This is everything I have tried so far.

Have you checked the ribbons between boards? These have the short pins on them and can easily be bent over when re-connecting.
Worth a check?

Just prise off carefully. I have/had a few Gott sys 3 and have not seen that fault. Contact me direct if you need me to video boot up or stuff.

Checked all the board interconnects, no problems
