Hi, working on my 1st restore. Thought I had the bugs figured out... game starts normal but at some point it will release 2 balls instead of one. Ran switch test, showed all open. The switches in the out hole, trough and shooter lane all work. It will kick a ball out and before you can shoot it into play it will release a 2nd ball. Tried changing the dip switch's to 3 and 5 ball play, tried it in single and multi player, still does it. BUT it doesn't do it every time or even every game. I have 4 balls in the trough, this is a multi ball game. Any ideas?

Could be a bad diode somewhere in the switch matrix. This can cause phantom switches! Have you tried changing those

Sounds like the ball release mechanism is not working quick enough. Possibly needs a clean or a tweak. Take the apron off and investigate...

My TZ did that when the proximity sensor was playing up dunno if bone busters has one of them in the trough?
