Gottlieb Apron Cleats

I have been repairing a Jet Spin for a friend. She handed me the lower Apron but there are none of the 4 cleats that hold the front of the Apron to the playfield. Does anyone out there have 4 I could buy from an old playfield? I have tried making them but bending them is very difficult

Any help will be much appreciated
