This is a working Gorgar pin. Got it to refurbish myself but I just seem to keep putting off making a start on it. (Life getting in the way - that sort of thing). Also I have a Centaur that I'm looking to refurb too and wanted to get Gorgar done before I start on it. So I though maybe will just move Gorgar on so I can make a start on Centaur. To this end I stuck his head on the other day just to make sure it all still works and of course when I did I started thinking... Hmmm.. Maybe I should just make a start on refurbing it after all. So I'm kinda on the fence a little. Which amounts to if I cant something remotely close to what it stands me I might just do that. (I realise that its not going to be worth a whole lot more after a refurb - but that isnt the only reason to refurb it - its as much about the satisfaction of seeing it all "tinkied up"
I've attached some pics. Quite happy to take more if anyone wants them.
It works and plays, there are some issues (though these are fairly minor I think).
2 of the displays have issues with missing segments - though they seem to improve after its been switched on for a while.
It was blowing fuses after was played for a while. Not really sure what was going on here - not had a chance to dig in too much.
Looks like there has been some battery leakage at some point - but looks to be pretty much just on the terminals.
These are the only things I'm aware of - but since I'm selling as a project there may be others - I mean its 47 after all
(Happy to answer any specific questions)
Playfield is in fair condition - possibly someone has touched it up in its life. However it comes with brand new hardtop.
Cabinet is also in fair condition - looks like its had a few knocks and bumps, and it too has been touched up in its lift - but I also have a set of decals to sort that out.
There's no picture of the back-glass here - Its still in storage - I recall it too was in fair condition possibly a little crinkly in places - will try and get some pics of this in due course.
Looking for somewhere around £1500 - but open to offers. (But as mentioned I'm still on the fence about whether to sell - so feel free to make an offer but please don't be huffed if I say thanks but no thanks.)
