godfather pinball m/c sound problem

After testing up down volume buttons on m/c I found the volume down button was not working.Contacting pinball heaven phil ordered me aneww door button assembly. This arrived yesterday and i fitted this 10 mins ago small bolts nasty to fit.Chuffed with myself but on testing the sound would not lower so i am now stuck with a m/c where i have to wear ear muffs to play it which is unfeasable.Any one got a clue what to do next Cheers billyI will be contacting jersey jack who are always swift to reply.
