Gilligan's island - Lights flashing, won't boot

Hey all,

I have a Gilligan's island machine at work that's just arrived although it doesn't seem to boot and the lights just flicker over and over.

Any ideas what it may be? Hoping for a loose connection but that might be wishful thinking.
