I’ve been putting this off for a long time but sadly the time has come for me to move this on to help finance another expensive hobby 🥺 plus I only have room for 4 pins and I own 6 + 1 on loan 😅 so no trade offers please.

I waited ages for one of these to come up and I think this was the last premium that was put up for sale on the forum.

It’s a favourite game for many people who come over to play and it will be missed.
I’ve had it around 2 years and it’s had very little use since. Plays flawless and is in excellent condition.

I brought this from a forum member so hoping it stays in this community.

Had several mods when I acquired it and I’ve fitted more since my ownership.

Only negative is a slight mark on the coin door and on one leg, both pictured.

Also after reading the previous ‘for sale’ ad it says “has few marks on the back from moving when tombstoned”, I’ve never noticed this as the back sits up against the wall so not something I really look at.

Price £8650

I’ve advertised it at this price as it’s less than when I bought it and I’ve added some more mods since. I know the market is saturated with games but ghostbusters premiums rarely come up for sale and they seem a very popular game. Any serious offers welcome.

I’m located near the Dartford crossing, Martin has been here several times and I don’t often have to wait long for him to come.

Sold Thread 'Ghostbuster Premium'

The reluctant sale of my Ghostbusters Premium. The time has come to move on my HUO GB, much loved game and to me one the best I have owned. All in great condition without any issues. Only a bit of wear is to the back with a few marks from moving when tombestoned. All decals perfect and armour. Comes with colordmd which is a must in this game with a few light mods. Has the river of slime mod fitted, art blades, color leds on the back board (pink and purple) and a shooter housing slime plastic. Also has the lane guide plastic to add a mini post between the flippers. Obviously easily...

The centre post was on the game when I brought it, think @Dave Bishop may know where to get one from.
Can’t remember where I got the train mod my gf got from the states when working out there. Best bet to give it a google.
 
What a beaut - if I had spare pin cash this would be top of the list! Good luck with the sale

The centre post comes from Marco and /or pinball life I can't remember without looking the receipt up, best mod ever had it on my pro a game changer

Probably best to leave the negative of a for sale thread.

Ghostbusters theme is killer almost all non pinball people love it, my daughter who never really plays keeps moaning that I sold it. I can only have one machine so tend to swap them fairly regularly, otherwise I would have one back. Premiums don't come up very often, I don't think they sold that many in the UK, so grab one whilst you can.

Good luck with the sale looks a great machine
 
The code is designed for long ball save times which negates the flipper gap imo.

Half tempted to sell my Pro and buy this Premium!

Yeh tinkering with the settings is a must, this one's fully loaded
 
Re listing this back for sale as the buyer has pulled out due to cold feet, he’s read too many negative reviews online of the game so has changed his mind.

All I can say regarding game play imo is that it’s a great fun game and a crowd pleaser. Everyone that’s been to my house has played this game while the others don’t often get a look in. I’ve personally never noticed the difference in flipper gap and I only know about it after reading online lol but for my level of experience I’m just as good/bad on this pin as I am my others.

I’m open to sensible serious offers as I know the market has shifted since I bought it and there are a lot of good machines up for sale. For now this is the only platform I’ve advertised on so grab it while you can.
 
Having owned one it's a fun game, needs some tweaking to get the best out of it, which this one has, never understood the mm flipper gap nonsense nearly as bad as the UK skill post debate, good luck with the sale.

I'm wondering if some of the negative reviews are based on early code, it took a while to be complete, the shooting ghosts wasn't originally in it, I might look through the change log,for my own curiosity or they simply haven't played it for any length of time and are just echo the load shouty voices 🙂🤭

I’ve never played one with early code so I can’t comment, but I find my game very enjoyable to play. I think you’re right in the fact that listening to load shouty opinionated voices doesn’t do anyone any favours. All of our opinions are subjective, I love TWD but I know many don’t.
You’re right that the potential buyer hasn’t played one before so I do understand. but anyone thinking of buying it is welcome over to play it.
 
Last time I was over at Andy’s place this was the only game I played. Flipper gap ? I honestly I didn’t notice it. The game is set up lovely, looks stunning and has a packed playfield. I did get long game plays mainly because of getting extra balls.

Definitely the early code affected the game I had a pro and then got an LE as was determined to try and love it …. Hated it , absolutely terrible gameplay and code sucked. Never gave GB any thought again until a few weeks ago when I picked one up a premium from Tobin and I am absolutely loving the game it’s so much better than I remember and just loads of fun , the cleeland sound mix definitely adds and the randomised modes are so much better.
