Whats the best way to remove/install these yokes?

With everything else outta the way, I use the crowbar end of a hammer (with something to cushion the playfield from tool damage) to lever it out. There's probably a better tool to use I expect. I've had a couple of these snap on me as well, so I don't always remove them any more, if I can clean around / under them.

I'd use a tack puller and put protection on the Playfield where you pivot the tool.
