Flipper problems

The flippers on my Bally pinball are very 'weak'. One is a lot worse than the other, but neither work very well. The worse one drops quite a lot.
Is there some way of servicing them or tightening them up?
Any advice welcome.

In a word ....YES ...but its a little tricky and long winded to explain the whole procedure.

What game is it ?

If it a 90s game I can email you a repair document with detailed repair/rebuild procedure.
