Could someone please help me with this issue
The top right pop out hole on my fishtales isn't getting the ball out of the hole .
I've checked and changed a few things so far but no luck as yet
I've changed the solenoid ,looking at the solenoid in motion ,it's bottoming out before it looks like it should ,so I'm thinking this the problem .could I have possibly fitted this wrong ?
I also thought maybe the metal but that hits the ball was maybe worn or broken ,but I've got a new one and it looks exactly the same .its all working as it should ,except it just isn't reaching the ball enough to knock it right out
Thanks guys

No ,it is hitting halfway down the coil just ,I assume it's to go to bottom of it ?

You would almost think the bit that goes up the sleeve of coil is too long

It might be worth tightening or replacing that spring. Its the spring that provides the kick to the ball. The coil pulls in one part of the kicker, but the thrust is transfered to the kicking finger by the spring. If the spring is limp, then the power transfer will be ineffective. You could try as a temporary fix, remounting the spring and making it shorter.

The tip of the coil plunger linkage should at rest be in close proximity to the playfield. When pulled in it should travel and you should be able to hear the end contacting the end stop bracket. If the coil is melted or warped, it may prevent full range of travel.

Legend thanks :)
It was the spring ,I cut it and swapped it temporarily with the other one from plunger .
That was wrecking my head ,I didn't think the spring could of been causing it
Il get a couple ordered
I need a few other bits to finish it now just .
The button from fishing rod ,instruction cards for on machine ,and it's missing the plastic bit from where you shoot in for multiball if you stock any of those I will order too
Thanks again for the explanation
