Fish Tales flippers just died - suggestions?

We’ve just switched Fish Tales on. It made a funny noise and two lights came on on the boat ramp, so we switched it off again.

Now, everything is working except the flippers are dead. Any ideas where to start testing? It’s starting up okay and not reporting an error.

Reseat the ribbon cables too. Especially the short one between cpu and mpu. Do it a few times to clean the header pins.

I had this too, everything else was fine only flippers dead, turned out to be the ribbon cable in the end so make sure to disconnect it, clean the pins and reconnect making sure your on all pins

Sounds like a right PITA cut your losses and get rid of it! It's an overrated crap game anyway defo sub 2k!

ps put me down on the top of any list when you do intend to sell as I know someone who actually thinks its a little cracker

Ha ha! I love my FT - it's not going anywhere
