If anyone's wondering what's what about the blue flipper above, it's a special-use item, for a game (Time Machine) with overlapping or 'scissor' flipper layout. The additional moulding fills the exposed gap when the flipper is raised, which I think makes it the left side outer flipper.

Ipdb calls these 'winged' flippers; I'd have thought 'winged' referred to the Bally/Midway type, with their 'winged ball' symbol attached on top. I'd have called them 'bearded', in keeping with the sorcerer drawn above the flipper gap.
