EMF Itching?

I was having a conversation with a couple of oldtime pinball repairers last night.
We started talking about EMF and the effects it can have with pinball.

One said have you ever noticed you itch more while playing an older pinball machine? Funnily enough I have.

Has anyone else noticed this?

When I approach an old EM, I mostly feel a churning in my stomach. I always thought it was the machine creating a void around it that physically repelled anyone under the age of 45.

That looks like the inside of a Strange Science. I only know because mine had similar mains wiring when I got it AND all the earths are cut on mine too

I'd love to know. I'f love to meet someone who cut all the earths off their pinball machines back in the day and ask them why the f*ck they did it

Maybe cutting the earth stopped the fuses from blowing? And as everyone knows "it's probably just a fuse" so if the fuse hasn't blown then everything must be okay, right?
