Eight Ball Deluxe seems to freeze when starting a game.

Hi, so picked up this Eight Ball Deluxe and having the following issue. Wondered if anyone could help a newbie like myself.

Game seems to boot up fine.

When I coin up a game and then press the start button, the games goes "sho......" like it is about to say 'shoot' then it cuts out. The drop targets reload (or at least some do) and then everything just freezes. The flippers works, but there is no sound, the ball the does eject into the shooter lane, it just sits like that.

Easy stuff first, reseat all of the connectors in the backbox and while you're doing that have a look and see if any look obviously damaged

I reseated everything and it seems to have fixed the issue, plays great now..shame I don't. Was a weird problem but I guess that's pinball.
