Hi folks hoping one of you guys have an answer for this. Just got a new set of plastics for the play field on my Eight Ball Deluxe. The old plastic piece on the top left had round cones or risers made of metal that were pressed into it that hold it up off the playfield. After forcefully removing one I've found the head was flared to hold it into the piece. No mention of this part anywhere I have looked so far. See attached pics. Can any of you folks shed some light on this? Trying to figure out what they are and how to reinstall...

drill the holes wider so you can fit them in
I dropped the iron temperature to 270 degrees C when installing them into the new plastics. Pull any residue off them as soon as they are in place.
Be careful, they are get really hot

I've used the soldering iron method shown above a few times and worked great
