I am having a clearout of general household items. Putting stuff on the Bay. More to recycle than anything else. 99p start, no reserve, collection only.

When is it sensible to abandon the winning bidder and move to the second highest ? From memory, if the winning bidder does not show and you leave it too long you get hassle and end up getting charged twice.

Thanks

Think that you can now file a non paying bidder claim 4 days after auction end so if high bidder hasn't paid/been in contact within 4 days then message them to say that you are filing a claim - they either pay up with a multitude of excuses or you get your fees back ;)
