My Elvira arrived with a damaged Skull Cave, a common enough issue bearing in mind the plastics are thin, are brittle due to age and seen plenty of action!
Mine was split, had a mounting tab knocked off and 5 of the front teeth missing.
So rather than patch up and use I made a replacement in fibreglass that ought to be pretty much bullet proof for some years to come!
With the original patched up enough to make a good mould out of it here's an unpainted replacement out of the mould. 1 layer of gel-coat and 2 of fibreglass.
Probably over built but I'd rather over build than under build it!

And painted up read to be installed.
