Dracula flipper sticking

Hi all,
I've just moved my pins into my new shed and the left flipper is stuck like this when powered off. The spring did ping off but I've bought a new one and it still sticks in that position. Obviously I can move it back down easily. Is it flipper rebuild time or something else?
Tia for any help.

- Ben

Hi Ben,

Get the playfield up, lets see an image of that flipper from below, where you reattached the spring etc.

If it is freely moving, and I mean FREELY - then I doubt a rebuild is the issue, sounds like the spring may be in the wrong place or wrong spring (I have a spare here I think if so)
