Hard to come by in general BUT they do trickle onto US Ebay fairly often - you just need to be lucky to either win the auction or spot the buy it now quickly.

Search on Pinside forums though ....recently there was a guy who was seriously looking at repro'ing them. I'm not sure the status of it atm.
