Dot Matrix Question

On our Data East Batman the dot matrix does not work well on start up but gets better as the day goes on. It can be a bit chilly when we first get in so are these things temperature sensitive? It does seem to be better when the office is warmer!

Sounds like the DMD is reaching the end of its lifespan and is outgassing. It will eventually need replacing.

Unfortunately those smaller DE displays (new) are pricier than the regular medium sized ones :frown:
