DMD Extender

Is anyone currently using the DMD extender for a replacement to the original DMD ?

If so any comments on using Pros Cons etc ?

I have a few of Dr Pinballs in a few of my machines.

I was mainly wondering about the colours, Ive ordered one now I am going to fit it in the Williams Getaway so I assume it will work on the 4 shade method in this machine ?

I know the suggested screen was a LG 40pin 1920 x 1080 I am going to experiment with a 1366 x 768 as I have a few of these used.
