Got home from work with intent of packing another game up. Turned on Diner and got a garbled display and what looks like PIA Failure.

@MajesticPinball thinks it might be U41, luckly it's socketted but I can't get it out without the legs breakingand have no replacement anyway.
I've tried pressing it and still no luck

What is the likelihood of this being the issue? Does anyone have one of these IC's they could bring to Pinfest? But if that's not the dead part I don't want to bring a dead game to Pinfest
We'd played it briefly yesterday and noticed the sound sometimes crackled and earlier today when it was on I noticed a bunch of segments stuck on each digit display but was gone on a reboot, could these be signs of something failing?
Why has this happened tonight?!
