Digital volt meter, useful or just cool

Hi

Interesting board repair and the digital volt meter is useful i guess, but looks cool. You can buy them for about £1 each. Ordered a few to give them a try

The 2 wire version looks pretty straightforward, on test point and Gnd. Not fully sure about the 3 wire, sure someone on the forum can advise

Those ones are a much bigger design, i believe for putting in your car dashboard

Cheap, but why would you not just use a multimeter ?
