Demoman claw stays left

Finally got my demo man on its legs but when turned on the claw never moves just stays to left,in test nothing buy the elevator works ??? Ideas ?dave

Wire off somewhere maybe? I don't know DM but am guessing its a motor that moves the claw....is there any power getting to it?

Well I've had it apart but not diagnosed the optos are ok so it's either the motor or associated driver boards not sure where to start on this one,just been spending time fixing other games

Found the fault.....got at least 2 faults on the D.C motor control assembly/ board not sure it's worth fixing as it looks like its had the odd fix before.

Fixing might be your only option as finding one for sale will be pretty difficult.

They have brought their postage rates down a lot and are no more than anyone else from the U.S.

Hi andy if you can repair it would be good if not ill order one when you do a stock take ,the motor runs at 12v the board only seems to produce 8.4v
