Decent Arcade In Whitby

Downstairs is the usual crap. 2p pushers etc. But upstairs is actually quite good and has a superb hoist.

TAF worked but I didn't try the others. Could get the main ramp with both flippers. Sensible tilt. Very dirty and slow though. Credit dot, incorrect coin adjustments, so I warned the owner about battery corrosion. On my second game I toured the mansion on ball one. Had three extras when I finally lost a ball. Just gave up as my one at home is better.

Was just in this arcade today as down this way on holiday as drd said upstairs is good especially if you like the old arcade games the pinballs were okay also got a replay on avengers I think my high score was 70 million or something like don't know if that's okay as I've never played it before, taf and Ghostbusters were okay got a replay on GB and I probably enjoyed that more than avengers.

I thought something like that also but I thought it was just me as I had to do a bit of nudging to try and save a few balls going down the middle when I was sure they should have landed on a flipper.

Snake was not working properly, drop targets for tombstone multi ball were permanently down. And the 3rd day I visited, the coin mech was broken, and not accepting coins

Snake wasn't working properly when I was here at Easter kept on doing a ball search and the playfield needed a good clean.

Might have to have a drive down over the Summer. Nice to see some decent vids and pins in an arcade for a change.

I'd have made an offer on that GB if I hadn't found one!
