De Star Wars no 5v - FIXED

[SBDESIGN]

I have an issue with 5v
Test point give 13.8 / -14v /0.5v / blank
Dmd - scrambled
CPU board dead
Sound- none - no boot

Previous to this issue:
Sometimes dodgy speech on start up - stutter

I was going to buy the 02 xpin variant.
But then thought it maybe better and cheaper to fix this one

Any advice would be appreciated

Update:
Issue of the previous issue and this issue was the c2 capacitor.
Replaced and all good

Had the same missing 5v on a LW3 last week, C2 fixed that too
