Background.
This machine came from Andy Highwayman but was delivered to me directly as I offered to baby sit. Two of my friends are massive Tommy fans and yet the moment it arrived they both became fathers and never came over again.
As it had to come from Wales, via Martin, it took its time to arrive and when it did my days of part time, semi-retirement had come to an end so I never managed to do the shop I planned to do.
Let's start with the bad:

• The cab is faded, it has drilled holes for a security bar on the front of the cab and damage in various places. There is still a lot of dirt and dust inside.
• The table features a large drop target in the shape of a mirror. The motor works fine but the attached gearing mechanism has become worn and so it slips. This means the mirror depends but doesn't quite get back up. A replacement needed to come from the states and we never got around to it.
• On fire up, one of the jets (pops) doesn't seem to fire. This may be a tranistor or a lose wire I can't find quickly.
• There is no translight grab rail. I was unable to collect it last time I saw Andy (the legend) as I was on my motorbike.
• There are no working locks but let me look into sorting that out.
• It needs a clean and the flipper rubbers replaced. I was due to do this but work and life pressures means I haven't got around to starting it. I had made it fully working electrically though, other than the bits above.

The good:
@replicas spent the money on the following spares:

• New rubber kit.
• 2 x flipper rebuilt kit for DE machines
• Balls (6)
• Assorted nuts and bolts
• The collect target which has a crack shown in the picture but there is a nice new one unwrapped

Other good:

• The playfield will clean up a treat. The inserts are in good shape
• The blinders are present and working
• The targets are in good shape. Some could do with the foam being replaced.
• The bomber is working and looks awesome
• Sound and DMD appear to be fully functional

Other than the mirror motor it is all here to start the refresh. If I had the time, I would take it but my wife would call me a fool as there is just too much other things to commit the money and time to right now.

That's the thing, it's going to go down in price until someone snaps it up. And who knows when the next price drop will be ? A day ? Two days? A week? Who knows.
