Colour pin2dmd screen. Only got 4 colours at the moment.
Can’t work out how to get the colour files onto it.
No wear on the playing field
Cab in very good condition
Collection from Coventry. 5 mins from Birmingham airport.

You have to pay for the colorfile for the pin2dmd, only a few quid, the creator Martin is on this forum.

Did you put the two files on the sdcard and rename them? I forget to what as it's been so long but @-NetzZwerg- will know as he did the colourisation

Either way it'll be easier for a new owner to resolve!

Please stick to the readme file provided. You need to be on the current firmware and only need to place the 2 files (pal+fsq) from your Gdrive folder. Maybe try to restore the display factory defaults and save . The readme file also describes how to update your firmware including the link.

Can you tell me what display type you own? You only need to put one more file on the SD card and it should update. If I knew which one you have I could send the file to you.

Is it the serial number of the pin2dmd ?

I mean if it is an Evo, Nucleo or Discovery Board. Maybe you can find a sticker somewhere or can ask the one you purchased it from.

Hi, ok thanks. Try to unzip the attached file (firmware update for Evo 128x32 board) and copy it to your sd-card next to the .fsq and .pal file. As soon as you boot the display it should update your firmware and run the files. Please let me know...

Hi. I’ve done the update. It worked for a second and when I turned it off and back on again. It’s says virtual pin. So I changed it to data east and saved it. Now when you turn it on again. The screen says data east ? Help
