Data east display problem (FIXED)

Hi all.

Hi. I thought I had a power board problem. But it's a display problem.
Display is popping. 0.5 amp slow blow.

I'll have a look on the diagram..
Is there anything I should look out for being shorted?

I've got a short between these two pins.

cap c11 had a short. 1.20 ohms ish. removed and replaced with a correct ish cap for testing.
Will order correct smd cap.

Don't think louis rossmann would give me a job. But four new capacitors solder in...
