My LW3 suffered some damp in it's past, all fixed up now and been dry stored for 3 years but the smell of damp wood inside the bottom remains! Is there anything to get rid of that? Other than painting it out!

Cheers Ronnie

Reminds me of my Vector cab inside bottom, had greasy stains and was a bit wiffy, I brushed in some shake'n'vac carpet powder, left overnight then vacuumed it out. Defo seemed to improve matters and from the colour of the powder had absorbed some unmentionables.

Do the shake'n'vac and put the freshness back (couldn't resist) :p

Fabreeze took out the pub smell on one of mine.
