Cram Them In!

So with Wonka coming in a few weeks, I’m starting to wish I had got a bigger Cabin. It is so true.. they breed.

I think I have a great line up, with a mixture of classic, humour, technical innovation and Themes that I love.
Im finding it tough to let any go, and as I was kinda expecting Wonka next year.

Cabin is 6mx4m - 5.5mx3.7m after insulation.
Currently have 10 Pins, with Wonka coming and I’ve gone and bought a Mame Cabinet

Layout was 7 pins along the back wall-
2 on right and 1 on left



The good thing is that the new stern backbox is 71cm as opposed to the 74cm of Bally Williams which means that I can now fit 5 games along one side of the room with about 1.5cm between them

This is as far as I’ve got..
Now the other games I have, the backbox are 74cm so only 4 along the other side. Then the 2 JJP pins in the centre... but where do I put the Mame Cab!
I’m thinking to have it over leaping the double doors as you walk in.. it’s the only option I can think of..

Any other ideas? I’m now totally out of room

1st World Problems and I feel your pain!

I just had to do similar and put my Candy Cab in storage, as I just couldn’t make it fit! I am going to swap it in and out with my DKJR cab every few months.

My advice is to put the one you play the least in storage and periodically swap it out with the second least played.

The only other option is to sell one!

Must admit as very NEWbie it is addictive, and I am very tempted by a Wonka! worse still it’s the CE my eye is on! My excuse atm is simply no room.

I feel your pain, I have ten in a row and at the stage where it’s very hard to pull one out.
Simple solution would be to sell me your MM and give me the problem

MM, TAFG & CFTBL are classics and are not going anywhere.
Looking at them all.. I honestly can’t decide.

i did try to cancel Wonka.. 5,000 LE’s aren’t going to sell out for a while... but now I have upgraded to the CE .

I had these made- I am trying to order more, but again the guy is messing about - good covers but crap reliability of seller.

I have a similar problem Dave. So I've got a chalkboard where I'm counting how many times I'm playing each machine. Lowest one goes into storage.

I could sell games but all of my games are in great condition and if I wanted say, an Indy 500 in the future finding one as good as the one I have might be hard and probably expensive.

Similar position, bought more arcade machines and only room for 12 pins, down from 18, have AFM, least played, in my office at the moment

I get too attached to them and don’t want to let any go......so just cram them.
My next ones going in the kitchen, getting rid of the massive kitchen table and getting a smaller one

So moved pins around- 5 Stern along Left wall
3 B/W games and TBL along right wall.



There is enough space to put the arcade machine at the end, next to TAFG, but not enough room for 2 players- especially my fat ****. So that is going to be bit of floor space for spares.

Dialled In at the back wall, with space for Wonka on the left side.
The incoming Arcade machine has a small footprint so will have to go by the second door ( where the bin is) Excuse the mess! A lot of **** to clear up.


That’s it, no more space, at least I’m not really bothered about the next 2 JJP pins.
