Unfortunately no.
Rev 2 boards have reflexive special solenoids and Rev 3 boards have cpu controlled special solenoids

That's exactly in the right place to be some sort of special solenoid mod board 
Never seen that one before, so I could only guess.
Maybe they recycled some old rev 2 boards into rev 3?
You could always try it, everything else should work, it is just a question as to whether the special solenoids will work properly or not (well some of the coils might not work as from rev 3 they used the special solenoids as normal coil drivers)
