Connector Help Please

Hi guys can anyone decipher this for me please http://pinwiki.com/wiki/images/a/a8/Molex-Connectors-Firepower-1.1.pdf im confused. I want to know what molex connectors, m & f crimps and header pins I need. Maybe im being a retard but that list is confusing.

The first page shows pictorial representation of connectors in the game.

The first two blocks at the top are showing pins (eg 5A-9076) and then the different connector size that you require - 1 Pin is 5A-9125, 4 pin is 5A-9103, 6 pin is 5A-9104, etc.

Then under that are different shapes so you have pins and the respective holders eg metal pins 5A-9078 and 5A-9079 with holders 5A-9125 and 5A-9124, etc.

The next two pages say what connector to find where and what size, etc.
