My office/pinshed is full, child off school, work relentless, games are sitting and not getting played...

Congo - owned this over 5yrs. Love it. Don't want to sell it, but that's what i'm doing. Don't see these come up for sale very often.

Some brilliant audio, very fun layout, diamonds, monkeys and an actual volcano that erupts balls! Video modes.

Collection from south of York - village of Riccall (YO19). Given the current lurgy it might be better to use Martin as it's illegal to be near anyone, ever.

£3,500

This price includes:
  • ColorDMD (LCD) (£400)
  • LED OCD (£150+)
  • GI OCD (£150+)
  • NVRAM
  • PDI glass (£130)
  • Gold Mirror blades (> £100)
  • Amy the monkey!
  • Full playfield protector (£100).
  • Green legs & gold bolts (front)
  • Little Hippo and base plate (never got around to adding it)

I bought it over 5yrs ago, and back then it had:

  • All (x3) new ramps
  • Targets replaced
  • LEDs
  • All new plastics (none are broken, key candidate up near the blue gorilla is protected)
  • Full cliffy set.
  • Green/jungle in/out lane plastics to replace the standard bare metal.
  • Fitted new coloured star posts (green and orange all round rather than the standard black items)
  • Fitted a new (improved) volcano popper
  • Added a custom LED mod to the volcano
  • Build custom DC-3 plane with navigation and cockpit lighting (this has come loose from it's mounting, but still working)
  • Replaced IDC connectors where required
  • Cleaned the inside of the cabinet
  • Replaced all orange targets with brand new items
  • Re-built all pop bumpers with brand new items
  • Re-built all flippers with brand new items
  • Fitted a brand new full rubber set (including the yellow stop rubbers on the ramps)
  • Polished all metal parts
  • Used new nut/bolts/screws in the re-build
  • Rebuilt lower playfield - including fitting new decals and mylar to add protection
  • Restored, treasure cove polished and waxed (3 layers) playfield
  • Volcano has had a repair - looks very good!

Would have to sell what I have but not ready quite yet to do that.
The Congo looks great.

Nice machine and a good price with those extras, if I had space for it I would have had it and been in my van doing that essential electrical job you needed😉

A true gem of a game with that “just one more go” appeal.
ive had mine about 8 years now and it’s not going anywhere soon. GLWTS.

Ps. You will have to change your name to Nomonkeyboypaul soon.

Congo is one of the best machines out there.
Paul I bet you're sad to see it go as it's a beautiful game you have there, whoever bought it is in for a treat.
