Does anyone know a good, realistic, commercial property solicitor pls ? This is to deal with undocumented tenancies in old commercial units that are governed by the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act.
Someone old school, that cracks on and does not just simply quote the law and give problems. Most commercial property solicitors are totally unsuitable for this type of issue, they expect apple pie order, paperwork, leases, dilapidations, warranties ...... There is literally zero paperwork, just proof of occupation and proof of historic payment
