Colour DMD Clock - No Animations

Hi

My colour DMD clock is not showing any animations (or anything else), I have brightness set at 20 for all hours, and can access the web page. Any ideas?

I remember @Paul mentioning a battery may need replacing on the red version, so could this the same?
