Coil Sleeve Question

I've posted this in my shop log but I realise not everyone will be following that. So hopefully no problems with me cross-posting here.

Quick noob question here. I want to get an order in with Andy N for replacement coil sleeves. Is the sleeve usually specific to the coil type (i.e. if I search the part code of the coil online will I find a suitable sleeve) or is it dependent on where the sleeve is used (i.e. differs between a VUK coil and a slingshot coil). If that's not the way it works is my only option to drop the sleeves out of each of them to find out what's needed?

There are two main types 03-7066 and 03-7067. The latter has a flange on the end for use in mechanisms where the plunger can be seen at both ends of the coil. The former is used when one end of the coil is closed against an end stop. In most cases these are the only two parts numbers you'll need for playfield coils.

For flippers it's 03-7066-5

Andy

As you said Andy most of the sleeves appear to be P/N 03-7066.

Can you advise on these two though please? What P/N would I need for these? They're from the Knocker and the VUK. Not checked the SVUK yet.

Cheers

Pete

Thanks Andy.

With offset means it has a flange? I take it the offset size is pretty standard?

Need to check 3 more sleeves tonight to make sure I grab the right ones then I should be good to put an order in.
