Is there a good way to clean these connectors please ? The brown ones that push onto the pins on the circuit boards

I am having a few issues with Paragon, where about 6 playfield lights (not gi) were dead. The multimeter reveals they are not getting voltage. I have reflowed solder on the pins on the board, this dealt with most. But a couple are still intermittent, so wiggling the connector makes them light, so I wonder if there is a simple way of improving this connection

Just flush with isopropyl alcohol ?
Tighten somehow ?

I don't really have the stomach for repinning the complete connector

Thank you

Repinning is the real answer.

But if you want a temporary fix you can push the contact through the side with a flat blade screwdriver to bend it inwards and increase contact pressure. Also polish the outer side of the header pins with fine emery. .

I wouldn't do this hack personally though.

Thanks Andy, I will give this a go and if the problem recurs, will go the whole hog
