Suggests a short somewhere in the game. You could try disconnecting a few things from node board 8 (while the game is off) then rebooting and seeing if the message disappears. Repeat until you've isolated the problematic connector, that'll narrow it down to a handful of components.
If the game is only 4 months old I assume still under warranty - I would contact Stern support first.

I think the most likely cause is a dodgy lamp socket. It can be a pain to identify the right one!
Check the associated GI. Remove the lamps and replace one by one until the full comes back.
